When You Come to Miracles On Lice
When you come for your appointment, our fully equipped Lice Treatment Center and family friendly service will put you at ease. We will conduct an extensive visual head check and comb out to determine if we find evidence of lice. Head checks are $25.00 if no lice are present.
If lice are present, we will provide you will all your options from DIY to a full-service treatment. Price of treatment is determined by the length and thickness of the client’s hair.
Day 1
First Visit
Complete comb out of client's scalp and removal of all live lice. Present family members checked. Leave feeling clean and relieved.
3-4 Days Later
Second Visit
Strand by strand removal of all remaining nits.
A Week Later
Third Visit
Final check, we release you back into the “wild”.
You will leave feeling educated, prepared and knowledgeable.
What to Expect
We provide comprehensive extensive, non-toxic, removal treatment and are skilled at finding the smallest nymphs by working with each strand of hair. Once treatment is completed, we provide materials on home cleaning and teach you combing techniques to prevent future infestation.
A certified letter is provided that can be given to your child's school explaining the services performed. All clients can be readmitted to school, camp and /or daycare after treatment.
We know that this is a stressful time, we are here to help and will answer all your questions. To provide you with the best quality of service possible, we recommend the following pre-visit preparation guide.
1) Prewash and Dry
Please have hair washed, completely dried, tangle and braid free upon arrival. Do not apply products such as gels or hairspray as this makes the Lice Angel’s job more difficult and time consuming.
2) Clothing
Clients should wear a tee shirt or button down (or zip up) shirt for easy removal off the shoulders after treatment. Bring any type of clean shirt and jacket to change into once treatment is completed.
3) Movie, WIFI, and Comfort
Children will be able to pick a movie to help them be as comfortable as possible. Our treatment center has WIFI as well.
4) Popcorn and Snacks
Please feel free to bring food, snacks, or drinks for your visit. We offer hot buttered popcorn with every movie, and they pick a lollipop off our famous lollipop tree.
5) Household Head Checks
We strongly encourage all household family members to be available for head checks. The family head check will ensure that all cases are identified and the potential contacts for re-infestation are minimum.
